Preheat your air fryer temperature to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed ripe 2 large peaches o2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, minced 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Mix until you have a smooth and well-incorporated peach glaze.
Place the 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs in a separate bowl or zip-top bag and pour half of the peach glaze over them. Ensure that the chicken thighs are evenly coated with the glaze. Let them marinate for about 10-15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Place the marinated chicken thighs skin-side down in the preheated air fryer. Set cook time for 20-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
