Ingredients 

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 to taste Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 to taste Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  • Start by cutting the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Dip each piece of chicken first into the beaten eggs, then dredge in the flour mixture until well coated.
  • For extra crispiness, you can double-dip the chicken pieces in the egg and flour mixture.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). This ensures the chicken starts cooking immediately and becomes crispy.
  • Place the coated chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Make sure they are not touching each other to allow for even cooking.
  • Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
  • While the chicken is cooking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a saucepan, heat the buffalo sauce and melted butter until well combined.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, transfer the bites to a bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them.
  • Toss the chicken bites until they are evenly coated with the sauce.
