If using frozen shrimp, make sure they are completely thawed.
Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika. If you like it spicy, add some red pepper flakes.
