Description

  • 6 tablespoons Butter, Cold, and cut into small pieces, for flaky layers.
  • 3/4 cup Milk,

Instructions

  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  • Add Butter: Work the cold butter into the dry ingredients using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Form the Dough: Gradually add the milk and stir until a soft dough forms. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Shape Biscuits: Turn the dough onto a floured surface and gently knead it a few times. Roll out to about 1-inch thickness and use a biscuit cutter to cut out rounds.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 320 degrees F (160 degrees C). If your air fryer requires preheating, do so for about 3 minutes.
  • Air Fry the Biscuits: Place the biscuits in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and risen.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Remove the biscuits from the air fryer and serve warm. They’re perfect with butter, jam, or as a side to any meal.
