Prep: Spray your loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat the air fyrer to 320 degrees F while making the cake batter.
Make the Red Batter: In a medium-sized bowl, mix the cake mix with milk and eggs using an electric mixer or whisk. Add a few drops of red food coloring and keep mixing until well blended; add a few more drops if needed until the mixture turns bright red.
Bake The Red Bread: Transfer the cake batter to a prepared loaf pan. Set the loaf pan into the air fryer basket, set the air fryer temperature to 320 degrees, and set the cook time for 12-15 minutes.
Make Hearts: Leave the red cake completely on a cooling rack. Slice it into half-inch pieces and make a small heart shape from the slices, with a heart-shaped cookie cutter set aside.
Make The Green Batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla cake mix, eggs, and milk, and mix well.
Then add a few drops of green food coloring, and while mixing, keep adding more until you achieve your desired shade of green.
Add The Hearts To The Loaf Pan: Spray the second mini loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray, then line the loaf pan with parchment paper.
Add enough green batter to coat the bottom of the loaf pan. Add the hearts across the bottom of the mini loaf pan, then pour the remaining green batter into the loaf pan.
Bake the green bread: Set the loaf pan into the air fryer basket, set the air fryer temperature to 320 degrees, and set the cook time for 12-15 minutes.
Decorate: Allow the cake to cool completely before decorating. Using your hand, warm up ready-made fondant, knead for a while, then sprinkle the surface with icing sugar and roll it using a rolling pin into a rectangular shape.
Lift it gently and cover the cake. Sprinkle it with heart sprinkles and place it in a fridge for about 30 minutes to settle.
