  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes. Preheating ensures even cooking and a crispy texture.
  • Place the frozen Coconut Shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket or on the air fryer tray. Avoid overcrowding to allow proper air circulation. If desired, lightly spray the shrimp with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
  • Cook the shrimp at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 8-10 minutes. Cooking times may vary slightly depending on the size of the shrimp and your specific air fryer model.
  • If you want both sides of the shrimp to be extra crispy, you can flip them halfway through the cooking time using tongs.
  • To ensure the shrimp are fully cooked, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. They should reach at least 145°F (63°C). Additionally, look for a golden-brown and crispy breading.
