Description

Who doesn't love a great holiday recipe, today's recipe is Air Fryer Leg of Lamb!

Ingredients 

  • 3 pound leg of lamb
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, salt, rosemary, black pepper, and beet broth, and olive oil.
  • Rub the seasoning mix, all over the lamb.
  • Set the lamb into the air fryer for 25 minutes at 350 degrees F (air fryer setting)
  • Check with a meat thermometer and make sure that the temperature is 130 degrees F before you remove it.
  • Check with the chart below, before you remove it.

Notes

Here is the chart, the size of the lamb and the air fryer will determine how long it will take to cook your leg of lamb.
Rare:120 to 125 degrees F – center is bright red, and pinkish.
Medium Rare:130 to 135 degrees F – center is very pink, and slightly brown.
Medium:140 to 145 degrees F – center is light pink, and the outer portion is brown
Medium Well:150 to 155 degrees F – not pink
Well Done:160 degrees F and above – meat is uniformly brown throughout
