Ingredients 

  • 1 pound St. Louis Spare Ribs
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • Optional: BBQ sauce

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your air fryer to 380 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 5 minutes. Then in a small bowl, mix the paprika, salt black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and ground mustard. (this will be your dry rub) Rub this mixture all over the ribs.
  • Add your ribs to the Air Fryer Basket or on the Air Fryer Tray (bottom shelf), be sure not to crowd the basket. Set the temperature to 380 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 15-20 minutes.
  • Check the internal temperature of the ribs before removing them. You should cook the ribs to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F before removing them.
