  • 1 pound Potatoes, Yukon Gold or red potatoes work well
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Optional: dried herbs, rosemary, thyme, oregano, onion powder, garlic cloves, Parmesan cheese, cooking spray, fresh herbs (parsley, chives), lemon zest, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Wash and scrub the potatoes to remove any dirt or debris. You can peel them if you prefer, but leaving the skin on adds texture and flavor. Cut the potatoes into evenly-sized pieces, typically around 1-inch cubes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the potato cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Use your hands or a spoon to toss the potatoes, ensuring they are evenly coated with the seasonings. Feel free to add any optional seasonings or herbs at this stage for extra flavor.
  • Place the Instant Pot Air Fryer Lid on your Instant Pot and preheat it according to the manufacturer's instructions. This usually involves selecting the air fryer function and setting the temperature.
