Description

Ninja Foodi Grill Hamburgers -- If you're looking for the perfect family meal, look no further than Ninja Foodi Grill Hamburgers!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef, 80/20
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices cheese, optional

Toppings: (Optional) Lettuce, tomato slices, onion rings, pickles, etc. These can be adjusted based on personal preference.

Condiments (Optional): Ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, special sauces, etc., again based on personal taste.

      Instructions

      • Begin by preheating your Ninja Foodi Grill. Select the "Grill" setting and choose the desired temperature based on how you like your burger cooked. For medium burgers, you might opt for high heat.
      • While the grill is heating up, shape your ground beef into burger patties. Season each side generously with salt and pepper. If you have other seasonings or marinades you prefer, feel free to use those as well.
      • Once preheated, the Ninja Foodi will signal or display that it's ready. Place your burger patties onto the grill plate.
      • Close the lid. Grill the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness. If you desire a different level of doneness, adjust the cooking time accordingly.
      • If you're making cheeseburgers, add a slice of your chosen cheese to the top of each patty about one minute before you expect them to finish cooking. The residual heat will melt the cheese perfectly.
      • For precision, use a meat thermometer. The internal temperature should read 160°F (71°C) for ground beef to be considered safe for consumption.
      • Alternatively, you can cut into the middle of a patty to check for your preferred level of doneness visually.
      • Once cooked, remove the burgers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute within the meat, ensuring a juicy bite.
      • While the burgers are resting, you can toast the buns on the grill for about 1 minute or until they have nice grill marks.
      • Place a burger patty on the bottom half of each bun. Add your preferred toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and condiments. Cap it off with the top bun.
      • Serve the burgers immediately while they're still warm, alongside your favorite sides.
