Instructions

  • Clean the Mushrooms: Start by cleaning your cremini mushrooms. Use a damp paper towel to gently wipe away any dirt from each mushroom. Removing stems is optional; some prefer to leave them on for more texture.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it warm up for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Season the Mushrooms: In a mixing bowl, combine the cleaned mushrooms with a drizzle of olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated. Add salt, black pepper, and any additional seasonings or herbs you prefer. Toss the mixture to ensure the mushrooms are well-seasoned.
