Description

Blackstone Tilapia -- Are you looking for an exciting new recipe to add to your weekly rotation? If so, look no further than Blackstone Tilapia - a mouth-watering dish that will tantalize everyone's taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tilapia fillets
  • 2 teaspoons Olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Seasonings, salt, pepper, herbs, spices

Instructions

  • Preheat the Griddle: Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. You want it to be hot enough to cook the tilapia quickly and create a nice sear.
  • Season the Tilapia: Season both sides of the tilapia fillets with your preferred seasonings. A simple combination of salt, pepper, and herbs works well. You can also use a marinade if you prefer.
  • Oil the Griddle: Brush the griddle surface with a thin layer of olive oil or melted butter to prevent the fish from sticking.
  • Cook the Tilapia: Place the seasoned tilapia fillets onto the hot griddle. Cook them for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are opaque and easily flake with a fork. The exact cooking time will depend on the thickness of the fillets.
  • Add Lemon Juice: During the last minute of cooking, you can drizzle lemon juice over the fillets for a burst of flavor.
  • Serve: Once the tilapia is cooked through, carefully remove it from the griddle and transfer it to a serving plate.
  • Optional Sides: You can serve the tilapia with your choice of sides, such as rice, vegetables, or a fresh salad.
