Description

Hands down, Buffalo Wild Wings makes some of the best wings–My kids and husband are huge fans. Today, I made my own version of Air Fryer Copycat Buffalo Wild Wings Buffalo Wings, and they were amazing!!

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Water
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pounds of Chicken Wings

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, combine the Hot Sauce, oil, sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and Worcestershire Sauce. Mix well and bring to a simmer.
  • In another bowl, mix the water and cornstarch, mix well.
  • Once your sauce is simmering, mix in the cornstarch slurry, this will help thicken your sauce. Continue to mix, and then remove from heat.
  • Let the sauce cool while you air fries the wings.
  • Start by patting the wings dry, and then place them into the air fryer basket.
  • Set the temperature to 360 degrees F for 12 minutes, then flip and increase the temperature to 390 degrees F for another 12 minutes.
  • Toss with the sauce.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
