Description

There is nothing like starting your morning off with a piece of homemade Air Fryer Raspberry Lemon Bundt Cake, so easy and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients 

  • 3 cups Cake Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt-Plain
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • Optional: Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  • Mix in the eggs, vanilla extract, and yogurt.
  • Add the cake flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Fold in the raspberries and lemon zest.
  • Spray your bundt pan with cooking spray.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Set the pan into the air fryer and set the temperature to 330 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
  • Check and make sure the cake is fully cooked; the exact time will depend on your air fryer and the pan you use. (Thicker pans will take longer to cook than thinner pans)
  • When the cake is cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
