Instructions

  • Preheat the Blackstone griddle: Start by preheating your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat. This will ensure even cooking and a nice sear on the potatoes.
  • Prep the potatoes: Rinse the baby potatoes under cold water to remove any dirt or debris. Pat them dry with a clean towel. You can leave the potatoes whole or cut them into halves or quarters for faster cooking.
