Air Fryer Easter Basket Cookie Cups

Description

These are some of the cutest and easiest Easter Desserts that the entire family will be in love with, So easy to make with the help of your air fryer.

Ingredients 

  • 1 package Package Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 2 drops Green Food Coloring
  • 6 Rainbow Airheads
  • 1/4 cup Cookie Icing or Vanilla Frosting
  • 1/4 cup Candy: Easter Jelly Beans, Mini Jelly Beans, etc.
  • Flour

Instructions

  • Flour a flat surface, then roll out the cookie dough with a rolling pin.
  • Use a biscuit cutter or a mason ring and cut out the circles. You want them a little bigger than your muffin tin.
  • Spray your muffin tin with cooking spray, and then press the cookie dough into the pan, creating a basket.
  • Place the pan into the air fryer basket, and set the temperature to 300 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 7-12 minutes. While the cookie is still hot, press the middle with a spatula end, making the Easter Basket hole in the middle.
  • Let them cool completely before decorating them.
  • Add some frosting on the two sides, and then press your Air Head into the position. Note: you will need to cut your Air Head to size. In a small bowl, add your coconut and green food coloring, and mix until you get the desired green color you want.
  • Fill your basket, and enjoy!
