Air Fryer Roasted Baked Potatoes With Sour Cream and Chives --I'm not a huge fan of baked potatoes, but I love them when roasted in the air fryer. These baked potatoes come out crispy and tender inside and are lightly seasoned with salt and pepper.
Ingredients
4Russet potatoes, rinsed
2teaspoonolive oil
1/2cup sour cream
2-3teaspoonschives, diced
Instructions
Wash your potatoes, and then dry them off.
Rub olive oil over the potatoes.
Set the potatoes into the air fryer and set the temperature to 400 degrees F for 35-40 minutes. (air fryer setting)
Remove when fork-tender.
Cut the potatoes open, add a tablespoon of sour cream, and sprinkle some diced chives on top.
