Description

There is nothing more iconic from my own childhood than a traditional Air Fryer 7-Up Cake. I am pretty sure that my mother found the recipe in a newspaper or magazine advertisement.

Ingredients 

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 4 ounces instant lemon pudding
  • 3/4 cup 7-up soda
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the cake mix, soda, oil, eggs, and lemon pudding. Be sure to scrape the mixing bowl sides to get all of the cake mix well incorporated.
  • Spray your Bundt Cake ban with cooking spray or non-stick cooking spray, and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Set into the air fryer at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting for 20-25 minutes. Air fry it until the inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
