Description

This is an easy recipe for homemade Vegetable Pizza, Made on a Flatbread. This is a quick and easy dinner or lunch recipe, and so healthY!

Ingredients 

  • 2 pieces Naan Bread
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 2 tablespoons spinach, fresh
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

Instructions

  • Pre-heat air fryer 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Spread the marinara sauce on the naan bread. If you like crust, leave a little bread showing on the edges. 
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  • Add the spinach, mushrooms & tomatoes.
  • Place in the air fryer for 5-8 minutes or until cheese and veggies have fully cooked.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!
