  • 4-6 breakfast sausage

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. It's essential to let the griddle preheat properly so your sausages cook evenly.​
  • Once the griddle is hot, place sausage links or patties on the hot griddle. Leave enough space between them to ensure they cook evenly and make turning them easier. A single layer works best on the Blackstone Griddle. 
  • Let the sausages cook for a few minutes without moving them. You're looking for them to get nicely browned on the bottom. After browning on one side (typically around 3-4 minutes), use a spatula to flip each sausage over.
  • They should be a nice golden brown color. If they're not, you may need to adjust your heat setting. After flipping, let the sausages cook for another few minutes until they're browned on the other side and cooked through
  • Once your sausages are cooked, remove them from the griddle and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
