Dip each avocado wedge into the whisked eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Then coat the avocado wedge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure it adheres well. Repeat this process until all avocado wedges are coated.
Place the coated avocado wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap. Cook the avocado fries in the air fryer at 350 degrees F, with a cook time of 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Flip the avocado fries halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
In a microwave bowl, melt the cream cheese, and add water until the desired consistency for the dressing has been achieved. Mix well. Then drizzle over the avocado fries. Serve iwth lime wedges.
