Description
This is such an easy way to make homemade sun-dried tomatoes. The air fryer does an amazing job of making perfect sun-dried tomatoes.
Ingredients

pints
cherry tomatoes
2
tablespoons
olive oil
1
teaspoon
kosher salt
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Start by cutting the tomatoes (cherry) in half, and then add the olive oil and salt, and mix well. Coating all of the tomatoes.
Toss them into the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 240 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 40-45 minutes. Shake the basket frequently.
