Description

Air Fryer Salmon Kebabs, such an easy and delicious meal. Marinated today with a few herbs and air-fried or grilled to perfection.

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Kebab Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets, diced into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1  orange bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red onion, optional
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

Instructions For Salmon Marinade:

  • In a small mixing bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, oregano, ground cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper.

Instructions For Salmon Kebabs:

  • In a large Ziploc bag or large mixing bowl, add the diced salmon, bell peppers, and onion (if using) pour in the marinade.
  • Let marinate for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Then thread your salmon, bell peppers, and onions (if using) through the skewer, alternating.
  • Preheat your air fryer at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting for 5 minutes.
  • Place the prepared salmon skewers into the air fryer basket for 6 to 8 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting, flipping the skewers halfway.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
