Description

This is such an easy recipe for Air Fryer Pork Schnitzel, a German way to prepare pork chops.

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound boneless pork chops
  • 1 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs, or crushed pork rinds

Instructions

  • Start by pounding the pork cutlets with a kitchen mallet until they are about 1/4 to 1/8 thick.
  • In a small mixing bowl, mix the bread crumbs, garlic salt, paprika, and black pepper.
  • Spray your air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
  • Then coat the pork cutlets with sour cream.
  • Then Dip the pork cutlets in the breadcrumb mixture. As you coat the bread crumbs, place them in the greased air fryer basket.
  • Spray the bread crumbs with olive oil, coating the bread crumbs so they crisp up.
  • Set the temperature to 400 degrees F for 5-7 minutes, flipping them halfway with a pair of tongs.
  • Check the pork’s internal temperature before removing it from the air fryer basket using a meat thermometer.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
