This recipe for Air Fryer Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cake lets you make an absolutely divine dessert with minimal effort. Moist and flavorful, this quick-and-easy bundt cake will be sure to impress your friends and family – without the fuss or mess that traditional oven baking requires! Ingredients 

  • 1 box Spice Cake Mix
  • 15 ounces canned pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar, optional

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together the spice cake mix and canned pumpkin.
  • Mix well, scrape down the sides to make sure you get all of the dry cake mix into the batter.
  • Spray your bundt pan with olive oil spray or non-stick cooking spray.
  • Fill your bundt cake pan with the batter. Then set into the air fryer for 20-25 minutes at 320 degrees F. (air frying setting)
  • Dust with some powdered sugar.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
