In a small mixing bowl, add your peeled and diced apples.
Add the sugar, flour, and ground cinnamon.
Then mix well, coating all of your apples.
Spray your muffin tin with olive oil.
Cut your dough out with biscuit cutters, cut them larger than the muffin tin hole, so that they cover the sides.
Set the dough into the muffin tins, and then air fry for about 4 minutes at 320 degrees F (air fryer setting) to brown up the bottom.
Then add about two tablespoons of pie filling to the center of the pie crust.
Then roll your leftover dough, then use a pizza cutter to cut long strips.
Use the dough and add two strips of dough in both directions.
Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle some sparkling sugar on top. And then place the pan back into the air fryer for 4 minutes at 320 degrees F, (air fryer setting)
Plate, serve, and enjoy!
