This is a really quick coffee cake, with delicious sliced apples, this makes for a perfect fall breakfast. This pairs well with a hot cup of coffee.
Ingredients
Cake:
2cupsBisquick Mix
2/3cupmilk
3tablespoonsgranulated sugar
1largeegg
1largeapple , sliced
Topping:
1/3cupBisquick Mix
1/3cupbrown sugar
1tablespoonground cinnamon
4tablespoonsbutter, melted
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the Bisquick mix, milk, sugar, and egg
Mix well.
Spray your pan with olive oil.
Pour your batter into the prepared pan, and then spread the apples out.
In a small mixing, bowl mix together the Bisquick mix, ground cinnamon, melted butter, and brown sugar. Mix well.
Scatter the topping on top.
Set the pan in the air fryer for 12-16 minutes at 320 degrees F. The actual time will depend on what air fryer you own and how thick the pan is that you made the coffee cake in.
