In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar.
Then add the flour, egg, apple butter, baking soda, nutmeg, vanilla extract, raisins, and milk, mix well.
Spray your pan with olive oil.
Spread your batter into the pan.
Place your pan into the air fryer, and set the temperature to 320 degrees F for 12-15 minutes. (air fryer setting)
Let cool before adding the icing. In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar and milk mix until it’s the consistency of glue.
Drizzle over the cake.
