Description

Air Fryer Peach Crostata is amazing! I love summer because I can not get enough of buying fresh peaches, and this has to be one of my favorite Air Fryer Deserts!

Ingredients 

  • 3-4 peaches, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 pie crust, homemade pie crust or store-bought

Egg Wash:

  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 small egg whites

Toppings:

  • 2 tablespoons  sugar

Instructions

  • Start by cutting your peaches in 1-inch slices, and you can either peel them or not. Add the peaches to a large bowl, mix in the ground cinnamon, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well to coat all of the peaches.
  • Then roll out the dough (I used prepared, but feel free to use homemade) onto the air fryer tray or basket.
  • Scoop the filling in the center of the dough. Leaving enough edges uncovered to fold up. Fold up the edges, and then press them closed., using your fingers.
  • Crack the egg whites into a small bowl, mix in 2 tablespoons of water, and whisk. Brush egg whites over the edges. Then sprinkle sugar over the edges.
  • Set the air fryer temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
