Description

Air Fryer Cinnamon Crescent Rolls are so good, made in your air fryer. These stuffed crescent rolls are stuffed with a homemade cinnamon and sugar-butter mixture. They are so good, and this makes for an excellent breakfast, snack, or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces crescent rolls

Filling:

  • 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar, or brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Icing:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons  milk

Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your air fryer to 325°F (165°C). While it's warming up, you can prepare the crescent rolls.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. This usually takes about 20-30 seconds in the microwave. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix them thoroughly until you have a uniform cinnamon-sugar blend.
  • Carefully unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean, flat surface. Separate it into the triangular sections.
  • Brush each triangle lightly with the melted butter. After that, sprinkle a generous amount of the cinnamon-sugar mix on top.
  • Start from the wider end of the triangle and roll the dough towards the pointed end. This will give you the classic crescent shape.
  • Gently place the prepared crescent rolls in the air fryer basket. Ensure they are spaced out and not touching, as they'll expand a bit during the cooking process.
  • Cook the crescent rolls in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and fully cooked through. Check halfway through and turn them if necessary to ensure even cooking.
  • Once done, remove the crescent rolls from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes. If you've prepared icing, drizzle it over the top while the rolls are still warm.
  • Serve your Cinnamon Crescent Rolls warm and enjoy the delightful combination of buttery, flaky pastry with the aromatic warmth of cinnamon.
