Ingredients
1/2stickbutter
1cupyellow cornmeal
3/4cupflour
2tablespoonssugar
1tablespoonbaking powder
1teaspoonsalt
1cupcreamed corn
1cupmilk
1largeegg
Instructions
Start by mixing the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Mix the cream corn into the dry mixture, then add the milk and egg.
Spray your air fryer-safe pan, and then put the butter into the bottom of the pan and set it in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 2 minutes, just enough for the butter to melt.
Once the butter is melted, mix about 1/2 of the butter into the batter, and then pour into the buttered air fryer safe pan.
Air Fry for 12 to 15 minutes 320 degrees F.
Check the cornbread and make sure it’s cooked throughout. If it is not, add another 3 to 5 minutes.
