Ingredients 

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 16 ounces frozen vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Instructions

  • Start by cutting the chicken into 1-inch cubes.
  • Allow the air fryer to heat up, and then add the sesame poi. Once the sesame oil has heated up, add the chicken.
  • Air Fry for 7 minutes at 370 degrees F; use tongs to flip the chicken about 1/2 way done.
  • Add your frozen vegetables, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic, and continue to cook for about 5 minutes, or more.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy
