Add 1/2 cup of warm water, the yeast package, and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a glass or measuring cup. Within 5 minutes, the yeast should start to foam; if it does not continue, the yeast is old or expired. This recipe will not work.
After 5 minutes., there should be a foam on your yeast
Add the olive oil and the rest of the water, mix well.
Pour the mixture into a large mixing bowl, and then add the flour.
Mix until the ball forms. And all of the dough is together.
Use a tablespoon of olive oil and coat a small bowl.
Put your dough into the bowl. Cover with a kitchen towel or paper towel and wait 45 minutes until the dough has doubled in size.
Grease a skillet (or any air fryer safe pan) and set in 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for about 4 minutes.
Then put the dough into the prepared pan (be careful remember the pan is hot)
Brush the top of the dough with olive oil. Set in the air fryer at 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 10 minutes.
Plate, serve and enjoy!
