Air Fryer Thai Peanut Chicken --If you are looking for a healthy, easy dinner option that tastes amazing, this is it! Air fryer Thai peanut chicken is better than takeout and only takes 15 minutes to make.
Ingredients
3boneless chicken breast
1cupThai peanut sauce
Instructions
Start by dicing your chicken up into 1-inch pieces.
Pour the peanut sauce into a small bowl. I dipped the chicken in the sauce and then let it sit there for about 10 minutes before threading it through a wooden skewer.
Place the threaded skewers on an air fryer tray or directly into the air fryer basket.
Set the plate into the air fryer and set the temperature to 350 degrees F for 5 minutes, not including preheat temperature. (air fryer setting) After, check the internal temperature of your chicken breast. If it is not 165 degrees, return to the air fryer for another couple of minutes.
Once the chicken was fully cooked, I basted it again with the Peanut sauce and broiled it for 3 minutes at 450 degrees F,
Plated over a batch of white jasmine rice (instant pot) and served.
