Description

Air Fryer Sausage and Cheddar Egg Muffins are so good! If you have been looking for a Keto and Low-Carb breakfast option, this is one of my favorites!

Ingredients 

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sausage, cooked, ground
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Start by spraying olive oil in the egg mold, including the sides.
  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs until they are frothy.
  • To the eggs,  add in the cooked sausage, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese, and mix well.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the prepared egg molds.
  • Set the egg mold into the air fryer
  • Set the temperature to 330 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 5 minutes.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!
