Description

Air Fryer Stuffed Nutella Wontons are perfect for a sweet treat. These wontons are filled with the classic hazelnut spread and baked in the air fryer until golden brown. Not only can you enjoy these as an afternoon snack, but they also make a great dessert!

Ingredients

  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/12 cup powdered sugar, for serving

Instructions

  • Layout the wontons. I always use a cutting board because it provides a solid base to build wontons on.
  • Fill the center of the wonton with about 1 tablespoon of Nutella.
  • Brush water on one side of the wonton and then fold into a triangle. As you make them, you can either place them in a greased air fryer basket or tray. Spray generously with olive oil spray, which will help them crisp up.
  • Set the temperature to 320 degrees F for 4 to 6 minutes.  (air fryer setting) note the chocolate in the middle is EXTREMELY HOT when it comes out. Allow cooling slightly.
  • Dust with powdered sugar right before serving.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer, Air Fryer Basket or Air Fryer Oven
  • Cooking Spray

Notes

TIPS FOR MAKING NUTELLA WONTONS:

  • This recipe will work in any Air Fryer, both Basket, and Oven models. This recipe also will work in the Ninja Foodi, Instant Pot Crisp Lid, Mealthy Lid, and GoWise. The cooking time will vary, but the recipe will remain the same.
  • For best results, do not crowd the air fryer basket. This way, you get a crispy Wonton wrapper.
  • Make sure your Nutella wrappers are sealed. Otherwise, the filling will be leaking all over the air fryer.
