Description

Air Fryer Mini S'mores Pie --nothing says summer like a delicious and homemade Smores, today I prepared this pie in a mini-graham cracker crust, and it's amazing!

Ingredients 

  • 8 mini graham cracker crusts
  • 2 regular chocolate bars
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Start by laying out the mini pie shells.
  • Put some small pieces of the chocolate bar into the pie crust.
  • Sprinkle some mini marshmallows onto the chopped chocolate bar.
  • Place the mini pies onto the tray, and then slide them into the air fryer. Set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional

Notes

Storage:
  1. Room Temperature: If you'll be eating the pies within a day or two, store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
  2. Refrigerator: For longer shelf life (up to 5 days), place them in an airtight container and refrigerate. Note that the crust may lose some of its crispness over time.

Freezing:
  1. Cool Completely: Before freezing, ensure your mini s'mores pies are completely cooled to room temperature.
  2. Wrap Individually: For best results, wrap each pie individually in plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
  3. Storage Container: Place the individually wrapped pies in a zip-top freezer bag or airtight container. Label the container with the date and contents.
  4. Freeze: Store in the freezer for up to 2-3 months.

Reheating:
  1. From Refrigeration:
    • Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and reheat pies for 2-3 minutes or until they're warm and the marshmallows are slightly toasted.
    • Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 5-7 minutes or until warmed through.
  2. From Freezer:
    • Thawing: For best results, thaw the pies in the refrigerator overnight before reheating.
    • Air Fryer: If reheating directly from the freezer without thawing, preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and reheat pies for 4-6 minutes.
    • Oven: If using an oven, preheat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10-12 minutes or until warmed through.
