Description

Air Fryer Salt and Vinegar Chickpeas are a great and easy healthy snack that you can make in minutes with your air fryer!

Ingredients 

  • 15 ounces canned chickpeas, or cooked cooked chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt, or sea salt

Instructions

  • Start by draining your can of chickpeas and then use a kitchen towel and dry the chickpeas.
  • Add the dried chickpeas to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Pour in your white vinegar, olive oil, and salt, mix well.
  • Add your chickpeas to the air fryer basket or spread them over the air fryer tray. Spread them out so that they are in a single layer, as they will cook more evenly.
  • Set the timer for 15 minutes, at 375 degrees F, air fryer setting. Shake the basket several times during the cooking process.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!
