Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 cups oatmeal, old-fashioned
  • 1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  • Start by combining the ripe banana with the oatmeal.
  • Mix in the applesauce.
  • Add the honey, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger, and mix well.
  • Spray your muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Scoop your mixture into the greased muffin tin.
  • Set your temperature for 330 degrees F (air fryer setting) and the time for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes, check and see if the oatmeal has a golden brown color. Once, it does check it with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, remove it from the air fryer oven or basket.
  • Give it a few minutes to cool slightly, so it’s easier to pop them out of the muffin tin.
  • Garnish with yogurt and fresh berries.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Muffin Tin, or Muffin Pan
