Description

Reheating chicken breast can be tricky, whether you are trying to restore it to its pre-cooked juicy texture or heat it for a meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium chicken breast, fully cooked
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasonings, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the cooked chicken breast in a single layer in the air fryer basket or on the air fryer tray.
  • Reheat boneless chicken breasts for about 3 to 5 minutes, while bone-in chicken breasts may take 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Check the internal temperature of the chicken breast with a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches 165°F (75°C), the safe temperature for poultry.
  • Once reheated, remove the chicken breast from the air fryer and let it rest for a minute before serving.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
