Description

Air Fryer Banana Nut Bread makes for an amazing breakfast treat. Served with a hot cup of coffee, it’s a perfectly delicious and Easy Air Fryer Breakfast.

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon  baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon  salt, omit if using salted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon  ground cinnamon
  • 1 stick butter, unsalted, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 4 medium bananas, ripe
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup pecans, or walnuts, diced

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  • In another bowl, mix the butter and brown sugar, cream until the butter and sugar are light and fluffy, add the eggs 1 by 1, and mixing after each egg. Mix well. Fold in sour cream, bananas, and vanilla, mix well. 
  • Slowly fold in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mix well.
  • Spray your loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray, filling about 2/3 the way full. Place the pan into the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting for 12-15 minutes. Continue to air fry until you put a toothpick into the center and it comes out clean.
  • Let cool before slicing.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
