Ingredients 

  • 1 cup butter, unsalted, room temperature
  • 2/3 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and salt together.
  • Then add in the vanilla and egg yolks, and mix well. Slowly add the flour to the mixture, and add the milk.
  • Use your hands or a cookie scooper to make 1-inch balls. As you make them place them into an ungreased air fryer tray. Or if you have an air fryer basket, set them onto the parchment paper.
  • Air fry for 4-6 minutes at 330 degrees F, using the air fyrer setting.
  • Let them cool, before removing them from the oven tray or parchment paper. The cookies will harden as they cool.
