Description

There is nothing better in the morning than a piece of Air Fryer Sour Cream Pound Cake. It's rich, moist, and absolutely delicious. Serve this with your morning coffee for a great and easy breakfast.

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • Start by mixing the butter and sugar; this will give you a light and airy cake.
  • Then mix in the eggs, flour, baking powder, baking soda, sour cream, and vanilla extract mix well.
  • Spray your loaf pan (see my post about what loaf pans will fit in what air fryer above) with olive oil spray or non-stick cooking spray.
  • Pour the batter into the pan, filling about 2/3 the way full.
  • Then set in the air fryer oven or basket.
  • Then set the temperature to 320 degrees for 25-35 minutes. (air fryer setting)
  • Let cool slightly, before serving.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
