Description

I love a great Portobello stuffed mushroom. Today I grabbed these large Portobello mushrooms from the produce market and knew exactly what I would be having for lunch! A great KETO and low-carb option, Air Fryer Cheese Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms.

Ingredients 

  • 2 large portobello mushroom caps
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Start by removing the stem of the mushroom, and then use a paper towel to wash them.
  • In a small bowl, mix the basil, shredded cheese, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Then fill the cavity of the Portobello Mushroom with the cheese mixture.
  • Set the mushrooms into the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 370 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 8 to 10 minutes
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
