I love a great Portobello stuffed mushroom. Today I grabbed these large Portobello mushrooms from the produce market and knew exactly what I would be having for lunch! A great KETO and low-carb option, Air Fryer Cheese Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms.
Ingredients
2largeportobello mushroom caps
1teaspoonbasil
2cupsMozzarella Cheese, shredded
1teaspoonWorcestershire Sauce
1teaspoongarlic, minced
1teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Start by removing the stem of the mushroom, and then use a paper towel to wash them.
In a small bowl, mix the basil, shredded cheese, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Then fill the cavity of the Portobello Mushroom with the cheese mixture.
Set the mushrooms into the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 370 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 8 to 10 minutes
