Description

Air Fryer Banana Bread Mug Cake is such an easy breakfast, made with a few ingredients and air-fried up in the air fryer; it's a great way to start any morning.

Ingredients 

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional

Instructions

  • Use your fork to mash the banana.
  • Add the mashed banana to a small bowl, and then mix in the vanilla extract, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • Divide the batter into ramekins (or make one big one) and set the ramekins into the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 300 degrees F for 6-9 minutes. Or until they are golden brown.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
