Description

Air Fryer Sweet and Sour Shrimp are among the quickest and most delicious shrimp recipes that you can make in your air fryer! So good, and so healthy!

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 4 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deviened

Instructions

  • Mix the honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, tomato paste, and pineapple juice in a small bowl. Toss with the shrimp.
  • Then spread them out in the air fryer basket or air fryer tray. Set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 5 to 8 minutes. Once they are opaque, remove them.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
