Not your average burger, these Air Fryer Keto Bacon-Wrapped Avocado Burger Bombs are a low-carb and Keto version of the classic bacon cheeseburger. With avocado, cheese bacon, and beef patty all wrapped up in one delicious package! These are perfect for any cook who is following a ketogenic diet. Get ready to indulge without guilt because this recipe has only a few carbs per serving!

Ingredients 

  • 2 large avocados
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, diced
  • 6 pieces bacon
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons onions, diced
  • 2 tablespoons jalapenos, diced

Instructions

  • Cut your avocados in half, and then remove the pit. Stuff your avocado with diced cheddar cheese.
  • Add the top of the avocado to seal.
  • In a small bowl, mix the ground beef, diced onions, and jalapenos. Then press the ground beef over the avocado.
  • Wrap the bacon around the wrapped avocado. Then set it into the air fryer basket for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
