Description

Quick and delicious, this 15-Minute Apple Brie Sandwich combines creamy Brie cheese, crispy bacon, fresh apple slices, and a touch of honey for a perfect sweet and savory meal. Ready in minutes!

Ingredients 

  • 4 slices bread
  • 1/2 cup Brie cheese, sliced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked until desired crispiness has been reached
  • 1/2 apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Lay out 2 slices of bread and place Brie cheese evenly on one side of each slice.
  • Add 2 slices of cooked bacon on top of the Brie-covered side of each slice of bread.
  • Layer thinly sliced apples over the bacon.
  • Drizzle honey over the apple slices.
  • Top each sandwich with the remaining 2 slices of bread to close.
  • Spread butter on the outer sides of both sandwiches.
  • Preheat a panini grill or skillet over medium heat.
  • Place the sandwiches on the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and the Brie has melted.
  • Slice the sandwiches in half and enjoy while warm.
