Ingredients 

  • 1 pound chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Start by preheating the air fryer to 400 degrees F; brush olive oil on the basket or spray with cooking spray.
  • Dry the chicken skin with a paper towel. Then add them to a large bowl, add the baking powder, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Use your hands or tongs to toss the chicken wings until they are covered.
  • Place the chicken wings into the air fryer basket, single layer, and set the cooking time for 20-30 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking process. You can brush with melted butter or olive oil for added flavor.
  • Once the internal temperature of the chicken wings reaches 165 degrees F, you can safely remove your chicken wings.
