Air Fryer Flank Steak Pinwheels are amazing. Stuffed with a mixture of feta and spinach, it’s the perfect dinner made in the air fryer. I served it with a simple garden salad, and the entire meal was excellent.
Ingredients
1 1/2poundsflank steak
10ouncesspinach, frozen, thawed and squeezed dried
1cupfeta cheese
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Lay down the piece of flank. Mine flank piece was relatively thin, so I did not pound it, but if you find that your is thicker, use a meat mallet and pound it thin.
In a small bowl, mix the spinach, cheese, salt, and pepper, mix well.
Scoop the spinach and feta mixture into the flank steak. Roll up the steak in the direction of the grain of the meat. Either use kitchen string or skewers to hold it together.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting. Then place your steak in their air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway during the cooking process.
